Neighbourhood Democracy Movement
Our Communities Team is focused on prevention, early help and asset-based community development working across all life stages. We adopt a ‘strengths-based approach’, seeing people as assets, recognising the core economy and building social networks and reciprocity. We aim to “move upstream” - from problems to prevention - using approaches that enable individual agency and helping citizens and communities to design and deliver the kind of neighbourhoods they want to be part of.
